Science, technology, engineering, architecture and more are offered through University of Detroit Mercy in a series of camps and programs being offered this summer.

The STEAM-centered camps will introduce students to everything from cybersecurity to design thinking to leadership skills. They are as follows:

  • Michigan Women’s Foundation’s Camp Moxie, for girls in grades 9-12 is scheduled for June 26-29
  • Architectural Design Camp is open to students in grades 9-12 and runs June 25-29
  • Camp Infinity, sponsored by the Michigan Council of Women in Technology is for girls ages 9-13 and is scheduled for June 25-29
  • Technical Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking is for all students in grades 9-12 and runs July 9-20
  • STEPS (Science Technology Engineering Preview Summer camp) is for girls in grades 9-11 and runs July 16-27
  • CyberPatriot Summer Camp is offered to all students in grades 7-11 from July 23-27.
