Crystal Windham ’02, who is the director of Cadillac’s interior design team, is one of a small but growing number of women in high places in the field of automotive design.

She was part of a New York Times article last week called “Women Get Feet in the Door of the Car Design Boys’ Club,” that looked at the unique perspective women bring to the field.
