Honoring the spirit of our alumni

The 2019 class of the Spirit of University of Detroit Mercy Alumni Achievement Awards has just been selected and they are a diverse group of people who would make any University proud. They are leaders in their field and in the community.

College of Engineering & Science — Richard Kunnath ’71, president of Charles Pankow Foundation

College of Health Professions & McAuley School of Nursing — Janet Robinson ’69, retired provost emerita of Lourdes College

College of Liberal Arts & Education — Arlyce Seibert ’71, retired director of schools for Cranbrook Schools

School of Architecture  — Kathleen Reehil ’67, retired workplace strategist for Herman Miller                                

School of Law — Ralph McDowen ’86, member, Bodman PLC and Nancy Glen ’86, director, customer happiness with ArdentCause L3C

School of Dentistry — Allan Warnick, D.D.S. ’64, chief forensic odontologist, Wayne County

College of Business Administration — John Lewis ’74, retired vice chairman, Comerica Inc.

    Has to be tough.

    As you were there for me in the 70s in religious studies, pastoral counseling, campus ministry, Mass and more, how I may share gifts you’ve blessed me with in the mix, so to summarize all the good UDM does, please shout.
