The Rocket Mortgage Classic will make history in 2019 as the first PGA TOUR event held in the city of Detroit. Scheduled for June 27-30 at the historic Detroit Golf Club, the tournament will feature 156 of the world’s top players competing for a $7.3-million purse. University of Detroit Mercy is the only university partnering with the PGA in this tournament!
During the week of June 24-30, the PGA will use parking lots on the McNichols Campus. In addition, the PGA will use the Student Fitness Center as well. As a result, there may be some congestion on campus roads and parking lots during this week. Public Safety will provide further parking instructions during the week of event.
