Later this month, that all comes to an end when Sr. Beth returns to the motherhouse in Rochester, N.Y., for a well-earned retirement.<\/p>\n<p>Sr. Beth has been memorialized with a bench and a tree planted in her honor outside Shiple.<\/p>\n<p>We recently asked some students, alumni and friends to share their memories of Sr. Beth.
