Crystal Windham ’02, who is the director of Cadillac’s interior design team, is one of a small but growing number of women in high places in the field of automotive design.<\/p>\n

She was part of a New York Times<\/em> article last week called “Women Get Feet in the Door of the Car Design Boys’ Club,” that looked at the unique perspective women bring to the field.<\/p>\n

Windham said she finds automotive design gives her \u201ca chance to create products that impact so many lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

Windham, who earned her MBA from the College of Business Administration, serves on the College’s Alumni Advisory Board and in 2016, was the guest speaker at the University’s annual Celebrate Spirit!<\/p>\n
