She writes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: black;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Garamond, serif;margin: 0px\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px;border: 0px;font-style: inherit;font-variant: inherit;font-weight: inherit;font-size: inherit;line-height: inherit;font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;vertical-align: baseline;color: inherit\">One of the gifts of being at a Catholic institution in the Mercy and Jesuit traditions is being encouraged to lean into the riches of one\u2019s religious faith or humanist commitments to be sustained in difficult times. This week\u2019s email and video are arriving early to mark the start of a sacred time for our Muslim brothers and sisters who began the observance of Ramadan \u201cat the sighting of the first crescent of the new moon\u201d this past Friday.
