His first day is Monday, Oct. 9. He replaces&nbsp;Christine Pacini, Ph.D., RN, who has led the CHP for nearly eight years.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"s1\">Pamela Zarkowski, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at Detroit Mercy, noted that Rosenburg is the right person to lead the CHP and MSON following many years of sustained achievement and success.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"s1\">\u201cRosenburg brings a great deal of expertise, experience and success to Detroit Mercy, and we look forward to his efforts building on the exceptional quality and student success his predecessor achieved during her career as dean,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI am excited to join University of Detroit Mercy,\u201d Rosenburg said. \u201cI admire the accomplishments of the College of Health Professions and the McAuley School of Nursing.&nbsp;The faculty members are leaders in health care in Michigan and across the nation, and it\u2019s a true pleasure to have been selected to lead such a committed group of students, faculty and&nbsp;staff.
