Theatre Company presents “The Addams Family,” March 31-April 10

The Detroit Mercy Theatre Company presents the final show of the 2021-22 school year, The Addams Family.

The 90-minute musical company is directed by Greg Grobis, the managing director for the Detroit Mercy Theatre Company, with musical direction from Dan Greig, adjunct professor of Music. Music and lyrics are by Andrew Lippa.

Tickets are on sale now are $15 for Detroit Mercy students and veterans, $22 for faculty, staff and seniors and $30 for adults. Tickets may be purchased online at www.DetroitMercyArts.com or by calling the ticket office at 313-993-3270.

Shows run Thursday through Sunday across two weeks, March 31-April 3 and April 7-10 at the Marlene Boll Theatre, 1401 Broadway Street, in Detroit.

A comical feast with a wicked twist, The Addams Family Musical takes center stage for a family inspired musical event. Students onstage and off are joined by faculty, staff and professional artistic associates, including actor Kirsten Renas, whose credits include Avon Players and Main Street Opera Theatre.

Facemasks and COVID vaccination cards are required. The door opens 45 minutes prior to show time.
