 tional security\, will give a free talk\, "An Era of Global Insecurity\," 
 on Wednesday\, March 13 at 5:30 p.m.\n\nThe event is open to all and will 
 take place inside of the Student Union Ballroom.\n\nPriestap is co-founder
  of Trenchcoat Advisors and has a particular expertise in business securit
 y risks. As the former head of the FBI Counterintelligence Division\, his 
 responsibilities included the development and implementation of the organi
 zation's global strategy to counter foreign nations' intelligence efforts 
 against the United States.\n\nThe event is being hosted by the Center for
