SUMMARY:Community Engaged Learning workshop
DESCRIPTION:Community Engaged Learning (CEL)\, which combines coursework wi
 th the application of institutional resources to address community needs a
 nd challenges\, has been building momentum\, but to move forward we want t
 o engage all interested faculty to hear how you envision incorporating the
  new understanding of community engagement in your courses. We see this as
  a collaborative process\, so we are offering proposal workshops. The firs
 t workshop took place during Colleague Development Days. A second workshop
  is now being offered for those who missed the first session and is schedu
 led for Tuesday\, Oct. 8 from 12-1:30 p.m. in the Health Professions Facil
 ity\, Room 124. Lunch will be provided for all.\n\nIf interested in attend
