SUMMARY:Eco and Racial Justice immersion trip in Detroit
DESCRIPTION:Join Detroit Mercy’s Titan Equity Nourish Network (TENN) and 
 University Ministry for a day of fun\, new experiences\, service and refle
 ction on Monday\, Jan. 15\, 2024. The immersion event is set to run from 
 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.\n\nLearn about sustainability and advocacy\, while also 
 celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The immersion day will provide opp
 ortunities for students to experience the Detroit community by visiting lo
 cal non-profits\, learning from leaders addressing the issues of ecologica
 l and racial justice as well as making new friends and sharing together.\n
 \nA light breakfast\, lunch and transportation will be provided at no cos
 t. All Detroit Mercy students are welcome.\n\nRegister by Friday\, Jan. 1
 2. The maximum capacity for this immersion experience is 10 students. A 
 waitlist for students will be created once capacity is reached.\n\nWith an
