 e field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.\n\nKruger is a passionate
  learning and development professional dedicated to helping individuals gr
 ow into their next career step. As a regional training specialist at Weba
 sto Roof Systems\, a Tier 1 automotive sunroof supplier\, she designs and 
 delivers impactful programs in leadership\, change management\, continuous
  improvement\, lean manufacturing and communication. Since joining Webast
 o as an onboarding specialist\, Kruger has led major organizational projec
 ts including the company’s Apprenticeship Program\, a $3 Million trainin
 g grant project\, and regional Culture and Change Ambassador programs.\n\n
