 le '80\, who will share strategic business expertise from his career at Ro
 cket Companies\, where he served as the general counsel and secretary prio
 r to his retirement in 2023. He also was the first chief executive officer
  of Rocket Central\, a captive professional services company. Vitale's wea
 lth of experience helped shape the company's mission to meet the diverse n
 eeds of its clients by delivering innovative solutions to complex financia
 l transactions. Vitale also served on Detroit Mercy's Board of Trustees fo
