DESCRIPTION:Those interested in Detroit Mercy’s Industrial/Organizational
  (I/O) Psychology M.A. Program are invited to an engaging evening of insig
 ht\, networking and real‑world career exploration at the upcoming unscri
 pted chat with Lauren Engle ‘22\, human resources associate at Kasco Con
 struction\, Inc.\n\nThis conversation will take place on Thursday\, Feb. 5
 \, from 5:30-6:45 p.m.\, in Room 234 of the Commerce &amp\; Finance Buildi
 ng.\n\nIn her role at Kasco Construction\, Engle applies her knowledge and
  skills in I/O Psychology to support workforce recruitment\, retention and
  development. She conducts job analyses\, designs and implements performan
 ce management systems and provides training and coaching to employees and 
 managers. Engle credits her Detroit Mercy education with helping her build
  the communication\, interpersonal and presentation skills she uses daily.
