SUMMARY:Intersectional Immersion Day
DESCRIPTION:All students are invited to join University Ministry and Titan 
 Equity Nourish Network (TENN) on Monday\, Jan. 20 for Intersectional Immer
 sion Day\, our first monthly Immersion Day of 2025! The event will take pl
 ace from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm\, starting at the Mercy Gathering Place in Shi
 ple Hall. From there we will travel to Zaman International in Inkster. Thi
 s organization is committed to facilitating change and advancing the lives
  of marginalized women and children by providing a variety of housing\, fo
 od and employment needs for many women\, particularly female immigrants\, 
 in the metro Detroit area.\n\nThere will be educational\, reflective and s
 ervice-based portions of the day. Lunch\, snacks and transportation will b
 e provided to all participants. Please note\, this event coincides with Ma
 rtin Luther King Day\, and there are no classes that day.\n\nBe sure to re
 gister by Jan. 15 to secure your spot or be added to the waitlist.\n\nFor
