 eon on Wednesday\, Nov. 20 in the Student Union Ballroom at University of 
 Detroit Mercy. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for check-in and registration\, lu
 nch begins at noon\, and program begins at 12:15 p.m. All are welcome.\n\
 nNancy Tuchman will speak on Advancing Care for our Common Home in Jesuit 
 Universities. She is the founding dean of the School of Environmental Sust
 ainability (SES) at Loyola University Chicago and will share how Jesuit un
 iversities are called to action to protect our shared planet\, how Loyola 
 University is leading the way and how we can advance the cause.\n\nTuchman
 's vision for SES is to raise public awareness of the unsustainable consum
 ption of Earth's natural resources and production of pollution waste with 
 the goal of transforming behavior\, developing policy and inspiring and pr
 eparing the next generation of science-based environmental leaders.\n\nPop
 e Francis and the Society of Jesus are calling us to action to protect our
  shared planet. Tuchman's 22-year leadership career has put Loyola in the 
 top 5 percent of greenest colleges in the nation and has shown that every 
 level of engagement makes a difference in Caring for our Common Home.\n\nS
