 f Adam and Sarah Crosswhite\, who made their way from enslavement in Kentu
 cky to Marshall\, Mich.\, then faced possible recapture before the communi
 ty rallied to their defense.\n\nThe University Chorus will perform a coupl
 e of songs from the African American experience. Lunch will also be provid
 ed for attendees.\n\nThis event is co-sponsored by the Black Abolitionist
