DESCRIPTION:The College of Health Professions (CHP) will host a special pre
 sentation in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAM
 I) Metro Chapter on Thursday\, Feb. 19\, from 12:45-1:55 p.m.\, in Room 11
 4 of the Health Professions Facility.\n\nEmergency Medicine physician Aria
  Darling will share her personal lived experience with a mental health con
 dition through the NAMI “In Our Own Voice” program.\n\nThis session of
 fers an opportunity to learn directly from a healthcare professional who h
 as navigated mental health challenges\, helping to deepen understanding an
 d reduce the stigma surrounding mental health conditions and seeking treat
 ment.\n\nThis event is supported by a Mission Micro Grant and hosted by th
 e CHP Wellness Committee.
