DESCRIPTION:All are invited to the next monthly liturgy of the Office of Mi
 ssion Integration (OMI) on Wednesday\, Nov. 13 at noon in the St. Ignatius
  Chapel. This celebration will be an occasion to commemorate the Jesuit ma
 rtyrs of El Salvador and their housekeeper and her daughter\, who were kil
 led on Nov. 16\, 1989.\n\nJoseph Daoust\, S.J.\, will celebrate the liturg
 y and preach. Fr. Daoust was the provincial of the Detroit province Jesuit
 s in 1989 and knew the Jesuits who were killed in El Salvador and attended
  their funeral. He has since served as delegate of Father General for the 
 International Jesuit Houses in Rome and as superior of the Holy Rosary Mis
 sion and the De Smet Jesuit Community in Pine Ridge\, South Dakota. He is 
 also a member of the Board of Trustees of Detroit Mercy.\n\nThere will be 
 a pizza lunch afterwards and time to visit with colleagues in the Commerce
  &amp\; Finance Building\, Room 119.\n\nAt each monthly OMI liturgy and lu
 nch\, colleagues will have an opportunity to gather and reflect on a theme
  central to the University’s Jesuit and Mercy educational mission.\n\nPe
 rsons of all religious backgrounds and/or those not affiliated with a reli
 gious tradition are encouraged to attend.
