DESCRIPTION:The official opening of the 2024-25 academic year\, the Preside
 nt’s Convocation\, set for Monday\, Aug. 19\, will begin at 8:30 a.m. wi
 th breakfast\, with the program following from 9:30-11:30 a.m. inside of t
 he Student Fitness Center on the McNichols Campus. A picnic lunch follows 
 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n\nDuring the program\, we will be celebrating o
 ur Titan Pride and successes from last year\, especially in the areas of e
 nrollment\, academic excellence\, fundraising and campus improvements. Wea
 r your swag! We have a lot of be proud of and grateful for!\n\nPlease RSVP
  by Wednesday\, July 31 using this link if you wish to attend! We will be 
 giving away UDM fleece vests during lunch and need to know your size!\n\nA
 s always\, this is an important event as well welcome new community member
 s and reconnect with colleagues before the new academic year begins. Pleas
