SUMMARY:Racial Justice Immersion Day
DESCRIPTION:Join University Ministry for a day of exploration\, reflection 
 and learning centered around the topics of racial justice and the justice 
 system on Saturday\, Nov. 12.\n\nParticipants will meet in the University
  Ministry office\, located on the lower level of the Student Union\, at 1
 0 a.m. on Nov. 12. Transportation and lunch for the entire day will be pro
 vided. The event is scheduled to conclude at 6 p.m.\n\nUtilizing the Ignat
 ian and Mercy values\, Detroit Mercy students will visit multiple organiza
 tions around Detroit that focus on educating people on African American hi
 story\, restorative justice and recidivism. The group will be visiting the
  Wright Museum and On the Rise Bakery.\n\nAfterwards\, you’ll return to 
 the McNichols Campus to view the film “Just Mercy” and reflect on the
