DESCRIPTION:Please join Women Confronting Racism on Friday\, May 23 from 9 
 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a thought-provoking one-day conference entitled "Racism
  in Education - The Cost of Our Silence." The event will take place inside
  the Student Union Ballroom on the McNichols Campus. Registration begins a
 t 8:30 a.m. \n\nKeynote speakers\, Professor Michelle Adams of the Univer
 sity of Michigan Law School and Glenn McIntosh\, senior vice president of 
 Student Affairs at Oakland University\, will set the stage with compelling
  presentations addressing this timely topic.\n\nAdditionally\, throughout 
 the day\, registrants will have the opportunity to engage in enlightening 
 breakout sessions led by subject matter experts.\n\nMore details and speak

 offee and tea will be provided. Preordered lunch is available for purchase
