SUMMARY:Callback student auditions for two Theatre Company productions
DESCRIPTION:Student auditions for the Detroit Mercy Theatre Company's produ
 ctions of "The Glass Menagerie" and "The Grown Ups" will be held on Monday
  and Tuesday\, Nov. 11 and 12.\n\nThe auditions are set for Monday\, Nov. 
 11 at 7 p.m. inside of Reno Hall\, Room 164. Callbacks will be the follow
 ing evening\, Tuesday\, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. \n\nFor the audition\, please p
 repare one dramatic monologue that is 60-90 seconds in length.\n\nCharacte
 r Breakdown — "The Glass Menagerie"\n\n 	Laura Wingfield: Amanda’s da
 ughter and Tom’s older sister. Laura has a bad leg\, on which she has to
  wear a brace\, and walks with a limp. Twenty-three years old and painfull
 y shy\, she has largely withdrawn from the outside world and devotes herse
 lf to old records and her collection of glass figurines.\n 	Tom Wingfield:
  Amanda’s son and Laura’s younger brother. An aspiring poet\, Tom wor
 ks at a shoe warehouse to support the family. He is frustrated by the numb
 ing routine of his job and escapes from it through movies\, literature and
  alcohol.\n 	Jim O'Connor: An old acquaintance of Tom and Laura. Jim was 
 a popular athlete in high school and is now a shipping clerk at the shoe w
 arehouse in which Tom works. He is unwaveringly devoted to goals of profes
 sional achievement and ideals of personal success.\n\nCharacter Breakdown 
 — "The Grown Ups"\n\n 	Lukas - (early 20s) is pumped to be back this su
 mmer.\n 	Cassie - (early 20s) is excited to be joining this summer.\n 	Be
 cca - (early 20s) is honestly thrilled to be back this summer.\n 	Maeve 
 - (early 20s) is literally sooo jazzed to be back this summer you guys.\n 
 	Aidan - (late 20s) has a lot of new responsibilities this summer.\n\nIf y
