{"id":10028,"date":"2022-03-16T11:56:56","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T15:56:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/?p=10028"},"modified":"2022-03-18T07:15:11","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T11:15:11","slug":"your-voice-matters-opinions-needed-in-virtual-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/2022\/03\/16\/your-voice-matters-opinions-needed-in-virtual-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Your Voice Matters: Opinions needed in virtual survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In support of the 2019-24 Strategic Plan, the Strategic Enrollment Planning (SEP) group has been meeting to formulate University-wide plans for enhancing enrollment, student engagement and customer relations.<\/p>\n<p>To help with their plans, the group has set-up a virtual survey, called a SWOT exercise, to help include campus voices in the planning process. The survey is set for Tuesday, March 22 from 12:45-2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>A SWOT analysis provides the framework for planning by identifying internal \u2014 Strengths and Weaknesses \u2014 and external \u2014 Opportunities and Threats \u2014 challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The virtual survey will first meet as a group to go over structure before providing access to two breakout rooms where participants will have an opportunity to provide their opinions. The breakout rooms will have a facilitator and record keeper and participants can voice their opinion either vocally or through the chat function.<\/p>\n<p>Specific areas that will be discussed are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strengths<\/strong> \u2014 What strengths does University of Detroit Mercy have now and how will these strengths evolve moving forward?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weaknesses<\/strong> \u2014 What are the areas in which we have opportunities to improve and where should we first focus our efforts?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opportunities<\/strong> \u2014 How can we leverage partnerships and new innovations to grow enrollment?
