Can you complete the workout of the week, prepare the meal of the week, attend a fitness class or walk 10,000 steps? The Holiday Wellness Challenge runs through Friday. Dec. 7. The winner will receive a \u201cFinals Survival Kit\u201d with gifts from Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company and more.<\/p>\n<p>These are a number of ways to collect points during this challenge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post a Healthy Meal \u2013 4 points<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the \u201cMeal of the Week\u201d \u2013 2 points<\/li>\n<li>Attend a Fitness Class \u2013 10 points<\/li>\n<li>Post a Workout Video \u2013 3 points<\/li>\n<li>Walk 10,000 Steps \u2013 7 points<\/li>\n<li>Share Your Wellness IG\/Blog \u2013 5 points (UREC will spotlight you!)<\/li>\n<li>Complete the \u201cWorkout of the Week\u201d \u2013 5 points (Share video on social media)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tag us with your posts on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram @DetroitMercyRec.
