A beloved figure at the University, Gerald F. Cavanagh, S.J.,<\/a> was recently profiled by Detroit Catholic<\/span><\/a> for his longevity and impact on students and business ethics.<\/p>\n

Cavanagh, the Charles T. Fisher III Chair of Business Ethics, has been a staple at the University for more than four decades.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s God\u2019s grace and the gifts that God gave me,” he said in the Detroit Catholic story. “I just tried to use them intelligently in a way that will most help the world we live in. That was a goal of mine right from the beginning. How can I be of most help to people?\u201d<\/p>\n
