At 1:30 p.m., the group will walk to the Peace Pole in front of the McNichols Campus Library for prayer, reflection and remembrance. Lunch is provided.<\/p>\n<p>This annual event is designed to foster awareness and prevention of domestic violence. This year&#8217;s guest speaker is Tricia Gerard, principal attorney of the Wayne County Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, Domestic Violence Unit.
