As a patient, you can create a <a href=\"https:\/\/27227.portal.athenahealth.com\/\">health care portal<\/a>. Once the portal is created you can request an appointment, message the nurse practitioners and view your test results.<\/p>\n<p>As patient charts are uploaded into the system, you may receive an email from Athena asking you to sign-up for the portal.
