The Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Detroit Chapter’s ninth annual Cybersecurity Scholarship case competition<\/a> is designed to enrich the experience of students by providing them a real-world experience. University of Detroit Mercy is serving as a host in 2023.<\/p>\n

Students can form a team of many to work on a case study and present your conclusions to a panel of industry professionals. Registration for the event is now open.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Teams will be issued a case study at 6 p.m. Friday, April 14<\/strong>. Teams will then meet in person at noon Sunday, April 16<\/strong> inside Room 317 of the Briggs Building on the McNichols Campus to present findings of their case.<\/p>\n

First place in the competition is $4,000, second is $2,500 and third is $1,500. The winners will also get framed certificates and a one-year membership to the ISACA Detroit Chapter.<\/p>\n
