TutorTrac is now available to our undergraduate student body community to schedule an in-person or online tutoring appointment. To schedule an appointment, the directions are as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Log into your MyPortal account<\/li>\n
  2. From the homepage of your account, locate the heading ‘Academic and Career Resources.’ In that category, you will find ‘TutorTrac’ and click on the link.<\/li>\n
  3. On the TutorTrac dashboard, locate ‘Schedule an appointment in the SSC.’ Click on the drop box and you will see a list of your current courses. Select the course that you need tutoring for and then click search.<\/li>\n
  4. In the next window, select the date that you’d like to meet with a tutor\/peer mentor and then click search.<\/li>\n
  5. The next window will display all of the available appointments for that day. The appointment time is in the upper left corner of the green box. Choose a time and then click the box (if the times do not work for a particular day, you can expand the available times on the screen).<\/li>\n
  6. In the next window, you must confirm your appointment. Make sure to read the page before confirming. Once you click confirm, you will receive a confirmation email and the appointment will populate in your Outlook calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your appointment will also populate on your TutorTrac dashboard. If you need to cancel an appointment, find the appointment on the dashboard and click the ‘X’ that is located in the upper right-hand corner. You will also receive an email upon cancellation.<\/p>\n
