The classes begin <strong>Tuesday, Sept. 12<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The fitness schedule for the fall semester:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yoga<\/strong> \u2014 Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7 p.m., Group Ex Room of Student Fitness Center; A program designed for participants of all experience levels. Different styles of yoga such as Hatha Yoga foundations, Ashtanga Yoga Flow, Power Yoga Intensity, Restorative and mindfulness Yoga, Holistic Integration and Reflection. Instructed by: <em>Airik Sanders<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fitness 101<\/strong> \u2014 Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. on the Student Fitness Center floor; Low-to-moderate intensity, beginner-level fitness class. Instructed by: <em>Barraka Baber<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fitness 202<\/strong> \u2014 Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. on the Student Fitness Center floor; Mid-to-high intensity, mid-level fitness class.
