She&#8217;ll give a talk on &#8220;Nutrition for Mental Wellness: Nourishing your Mind &amp; Mood for Optimal Health.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sessions will be held from 11:30-11:55 a.m. and 12:30-12:55 p.m. in the Student Union, Room 201 on the McNichols Campus. The talk is for both students and staff\/faculty.<\/p>\n<p>As owner of Pure Root Wellness, Coulson focuses on functional medicine and providing holistic coaching and wellness services.
