There is also a virtual option over Zoom.<\/p>\n<p>The guest speaker at the open house is <strong>Danielle Abela<\/strong>, who earned her bachelor&#8217;s degree in Psychology and master&#8217;s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UDM. Abela uses her education and experience in the fields on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Human Resources; Learning and Development; and Instructional Design.<\/p>\n<p>Industrial\/Organizational Psychology solves workplace issues facing individuals, teams and organizations.
