The first talk is titled, \u201cWomen, Dharma and Social Justice in India: Utopia and Reality.\u201d The afternoon talk will be \u201cRabindranath Tagore on comparative study of religions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All events are free and open to the public. <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/106\/2019\/02\/presby_mukherjee_2019.pdf\">See the flyer for more information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1561 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/106\/2019\/02\/mukherjee.jpg?resize=200%2C243&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Asha Mukherjee\" width=\"200\" height=\"243\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/>Speaker Bios:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Asha Mukherjee<\/strong> has been teaching philosophy at Visva-Bharati University in India since 1981. Mukherjee\u2019s doctorate concentration was, \u201cLogic of Imperatives and its Significance in Moral Reasoning\u201d under Professor Daya Krishna.
