Get trained to be a Search Advocate on <strong>April 30, May 1 and May 7-8<\/strong> on the McNichols Campus.<\/p>\n<p>Detroit Mercy is offering training for a third cohort, where you&#8217;ll learn tips to be better prepared to actively participate in all phases of the search process at UDM. <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=2MKkyGi9ukC4tnUivppxceIq2M8Q3-5Gu6LGB06NvThUOExZNlI0OTRNOFhRR040UUMwQ1hGSlM0VC4u\">If interested, please register by Friday, April 26<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The full schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, April 30<\/strong> \u2014 9 a.m. to noon (Engineering, Room 120)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, May 1<\/strong> \u2014 9 a.m. to noon (Engineering, Room 120)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, May 7<\/strong> \u2014 9 a.m. to noon (Engineering, Room 120)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, May 8<\/strong> \u2014 9 a.m. to noon (Engineering, Room 120)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note that to complete the training, attendance is required at each session. There are also two pre-assignments for the workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Learn strategies to mitigate implicit bias.
