Classes begin on <strong>Oct. 29<\/strong> and will meetevery <strong>Tuesday<\/strong> from <strong>5-6:15 p.m.<\/strong> through <strong>Nov. 19<\/strong> in the Mercy Place in Shiple Hall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"> The Intro to Mindfulness curriculum is an evidence-based program that was studied in a randomized control trial (RCT) with university students and was developed at Duke University&#8217;s counseling center.
