Start 2025 strong with this exciting, brand-new event offered by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udmercy.edu\/life\/recreation\/\">University Recreation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Join University Recreation in setting some goals at its New Year\u2019s Rec-Solutions event, held <strong>Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 4-7 p.m.<\/strong> in the Student Fitness Center!<\/p>\n<p>Get ready for entry giveaways and raffle prizes, vision boards and goal setting and wellness, nutrition and fitness tips designed for bringing in the new year in a healthy way! This is your chance to participate in some sports and fitness challenges that will help you determine your goals or challenge your favorite staff member in a student versus staff basketball game!
