Here\u2019s what is being offered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yoga \u2014 This one-hour session is designed to help you to unwind, stretch and strengthen in a supportive environment. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this\u00a0class will help you find your balance and peace.<br \/>\nWhen: <strong>Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.<\/strong><br \/>\nWhere: Group Exercise Room<\/li>\n<li>Titan Training \u2014 This high energy session combines cardio and strength training to help you build muscle and improve your overall fitness.<br \/>\nWhen: <strong>Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.<\/strong><br \/>\nWhere: Upstairs on the fitness floor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mats and equipment will be provided for both classes.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t wait\u2014spots are filling up fast!
