Participants will present a hypothetical case before a distinguished panel of judges, including UDM faculty.<\/p>\n<p>The competition will follow a traditional moot court format, where multiple teams will present arguments on both sides of a legal issue. This is an oral competition&#8211;<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">no writing involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s competition will focus on <i>TikTok v. Garland<\/i>, a case that examines the complex intersection of national security, free speech and corporate rights. Competitors will receive case materials in advance.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">It only takes two to make a team for this competition, so find a friend, come up with a team name and sign up!
