The Collegium is a biennial gathering of local university and community college history instructors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">On April 14, he gave a talk on &#8220;What Caused the Civil War?&#8221; to the Ann Arbor Civil War Round Table. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Finkenbine also presented at a webinar for Michigan teachers on &#8220;Native Americans and the Underground Railroad&#8221; on April 16.
