{"id":26199,"date":"2026-07-23T08:55:48","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T12:55:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/?p=26199"},"modified":"2026-07-23T14:37:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T18:37:27","slug":"applications-now-open-for-second-cohort-of-udm-leadership-academy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.udmercy.edu\/campusconnection\/2026\/07\/23\/applications-now-open-for-second-cohort-of-udm-leadership-academy\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications now open for second cohort of UDM Leadership Academy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Academic Affairs is now accepting applications for the second cohort of the UDM Leadership Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Academy provides a professional development opportunity for staff, administrators and individuals serving in leadership roles, including department chairs and directors.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitated by Professor and Coordinator of the Leadership Minor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udmercy.edu\/about\/people\/university\/admin\/institute\/staff\/don-dipaolo\">Don DiPaolo<\/a>, the Academy features monthly Friday afternoon sessions from October through May focused on strengthening leadership skills, enhancing leadership competencies and fostering a culture of excellence across the University.<\/p>\n<p>Participation is limited to 35 spots. <strong>Applications are due Sept. 1<\/strong>.
