Lace up for a race! The third annual Detroit Decades Dash 5K\/Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 29, is open for registration<\/a>. This year\u2019s costume contest is \u201890s-themed, so get out your grungy flannel and chocker necklaces and walk, jog or dash your way through the neighborhoods north of Detroit Mercy\u2019s McNichols Campus.<\/p>\n As an added bonus, the first 30 Detroit Mercy students to register run for FREE.<\/p>\n All participants will receive a performance shirt and nostalgic finisher\u2019s medal. Cash prizes will be awarded for best male, female and group costumes.
