\"\"To give consent to receive your 1098-T tax form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up. Once you make the election, all future forms will be sent electronically.<\/p>\n

To sign up and complete eConsent:<\/p>\n

  1. Visit heartland.ecsi.net<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. At the top right of the page click “Register to create a profile.” If you already have a profile, click “Sign In.”<\/li>\n
  3. Once logged into your account, navigate to “Your Communication Center” at the top.<\/li>\n
  4. Select “Tax Statement eConsent.”<\/li>\n
  5. At the bottom of the page click “Add New Consent.” Once clicked the Electronic Consent Application will open below.<\/li>\n
  6. Complete the Electronic Consent Application.<\/li>\n
  7. Check the box and click “Submit & Accept.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The deadline to complete eConsent is Dec. 31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
