The Detroit community has been gathering for the past two years to show support\u00a0and stand with their neighbors who are\u00a0refugees or immigrants.<\/p>\n
Recently, a group of students has joined in support of this effort and invite the Detroit Mercy community to stand in solidarity on Monday, Oct. 1 from 8 to 9 a.m. on the corner of McNichols and Livernois. Feel free to bring your own sign if you would like. University Ministry invites all who attend for donuts, coffee and tea in the Ministry Office following the vigil.
