Detroit Mercy busts a move as the ninth AJCU Go Move Challenge comes to a close! As a University community, we finished 12th overall, which is quite an accomplishment as one of the smallest AJCU schools in the competition. We also finished fifth in “average minutes per person,” our best finish in that category. Finally, we were ranked the best in the Midwest in average minutes!<\/p>\n

Based on average minutes per person, here are the top departments:<\/p>\n

  1. ITS – 1,901<\/li>\n
  2. School of Architecture – 1,541<\/li>\n
  3. Finance – 1,500<\/li>\n
  4. College of Health Professions – 1,301<\/li>\n
  5. Detroit Mercy Law – 1,240<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And a special highlight to the top five individual movers:<\/p>\n

    1. Tanya Lundberg – 4,474 (Law)<\/li>\n
    2. Dan Pitera – 3,285 (Architecture)<\/li>\n
    3. Toni Henry – 2,463 (Architecture)<\/li>\n
    4. Allegra Pitera – 2,385 (Architecture)<\/li>\n
    5. Timmy Nelson – 2,375 (MarCom)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
