Are you one?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.contemplativeleaders.org\/about-cla\">Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA)<\/a> is a leadership program for young adults (ages 24-39) rooted in the spirituality tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola. The world needs Ignatian leaders \u2013 passionate \u201ccontemplatives in action\u201d discerning God\u2019s movements in their lives and responding out of love as hopeful, joyful people with and for others. This kind of leadership flows from a deep spiritual life and inspired sense of purpose.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.contemplativeleaders.org\/about-cla\">Learn more about CLA and the application process online<\/a>. Our ideal cohort is composed of people from diverse identities, professional experiences and educational backgrounds. Cohort members engage in 18 monthly meetings along with annual retreats and days of reflection, interacting with inspiring professionals and reflecting on the intersections of career, faith, family and leadership.
