To score points, students are initially given a compromised network to fix while defending over a dozen network services whilst being hacked by the organizer\u2019s Red team throughout a 7-hour period. Third place winners were&nbsp;<strong>Ethan Scheys<\/strong>&nbsp;(Team Captain),&nbsp;<strong>Preston Duller<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>JP Marvin<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Eyiara Oladipo<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Ayanna Mendieta<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Nouman Ahmed<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Aaron Hewins<\/strong>. Scoring a respectable overall finish, students on UDM\u2019s second team were&nbsp;<strong>John Weglarz<\/strong>&nbsp;(Team Captain),&nbsp;<strong>Noah Segal<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Charlie Lipka<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Alicia Norman<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Rex VanPelt<\/strong>. Serving as coaches were&nbsp;<strong>Anne Kohnke<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Greg Laidlaw<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Harrison Haviland-Longo<\/strong>.
