Detroit Mercy Theatre Company (DMTC) is proud to announce that its talented students have been honored by the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) for their outstanding creative work! 

  • Mason Modzelewski, Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Directing for “A Year with Frog and Toad” 
  • Jeremy St. Martin, Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Musical Arrangement for “Pride and Prejudice” 
  • The Cast of “Pride and Prejudice,” Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Acting Ensemble 

Since its inception, KCACTF has given more than 400,000 college theater students the opportunity to have their work critiqued, improve their dramatic skills, and receive national recognition for excellence. Such awards reflect the high quality program offered by DMTC and the Department of Performing Arts.
