Katie Merriman, assistant professor of religious studies and director of the Islamic Studies program will be delivering a virtual presentation at the 17th Annual Muslim Studies Program Conference on Friday, Feb. 9 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Her presentation is titled “Revising American Muslim History from Personal and Communal Archives: A case study of the Aisha H. L. Al-Adawiya and Women in Islam, Inc. collection” and will be offered as part of a panel. The conference is offered through Michigan State University. There is no cost to attend.
